SIS/TIBCO Contract Summary • NEW VAR AGREEMENT WITH TIBCO CLOSED May 31st, 2011 • Applies to 18 TIBCO/OS products presented in 23 items on the Ocean Store (18 + 5 Bundles) • 3rd party COGS determined from defined price list • Exclusive sales rights of the Petrel plug-in to only SIS & TIBCO (reduces channel conflicts) • If we sell, then we pay COGS as per defined price list • If they sell, then we get 50% of the revenue price • SIS provides 1st line support, TIBCO second line support (like pre-2010) • Covers Production & Non-Production environments • Agreement term is 5 years 4
