  19. Recommendations • Lean during climb in all Club planes • Non-GEM—Lean to engine roughness then enrich to smooth operation • GEM Equipped—Lean to peak EGT then to 50o F LEAN of peak on LAST cylinder • GEM Equipped—Monitor CHT and keep at or below 400o
