    • How do we know we they have learned it?

    • What do we do when they haven’t?

    • What do we do when they have?

Classrooms with rigorous instruction where students understand expectations through posted learning objectives tied to standards with real-world connections

Develop a balanced assessment system that drives instruction

Professional Learning Communities

  • Empower those who have mastered the content to make decisions that best benefit students and learning.

  • Every content area divided into P.L.C.s (I.E. Algebra 1, Political Science, Chemistry)

  • Weekly P.L.C.’s plan, look at data, develop learning targets and common assessments. (common plan in 2010-2011)

  • Targeted interventions in Reading and Math

  • Region championships in girl’s golf and volleyball
