Bonus Program Adjustments

  • Every quarter the Bonus Pool will be multiplied using the following equation.

    • New Bonus Pool = Bonus Pool * ((y + (n/2-x*2)) / y)

      • Where

        • y = Previous Quarter Total Monthly Agreement Income

        • n = New Monthly Agreement Income

        • x = Cancelled Monthly Agreement Income due to poor service

  • As the company grows, so will the Bonus Pool.

  • Poor Customer Service will lead to diminishedBonus Payouts.


Years of service

Years of Service

  • $32/month is guaranteed for Years of Service.

  • $480 Years of Service paid out for month one.

  • This will leave $3,020 remaining for distribution during month one of the Bonus Program.

  • Your Years of Service will increment every January.

  • The Years of Service payout will increase by $2 per quarter.

  • The remaining pool, after Years of Service, will be paid out in one of several payout options.

  • Examples:

  • Bonus to be paid out every 3rd Wed of the month.

  • The Bonus Program is divided into 5 areas:

    • Real Time Ticketing: 20%

    • Time Sheets: 20%

    • Teamwork: 20%

    • Monthly Emphasis: 20%

    • Quarterly Emphasis (AppAssure): 20%

Bonus Program Area Ranking

  • In each Area, you will be ranked and assigned a points value.

  • Example:

  • Your points will be multiplied by the percentage value of each area and added together to form your final points ranking for the month.


Guaranteed payouts

Guaranteed Payouts

  • We will now be providing guaranteed payouts for anyone that maintains certain bonus scoring levels, regardless of rankings.

  • Payout Amount:

    • $450 Jan-Jun, (Years of Service inclusive)

    • $500 Jul-Dec, (Years of Service inclusive)

  • Average score is based on your average for the entire month, dropping your lowest score.

  • 1st Place guaranteed at least a $1,000 payout. (YoS Exclusive)

  • 2nd Place guaranteed at least a $750 payout. (YoS Exclusive)


Guaranteed payouts threshold

Guaranteed Payouts Threshold

  • Average Timesheet Score for 2011 was 1,761.

  • Average Real Time Ticketing Score was 2,429.

  • Average AppAssure Score was 89.

  • Minimum Guaranteed Payout Threshold Scores

    • Timesheet Score of 1,800

    • Real Time Ticketing Score of 2,500

    • AppAssure Score of 90


Bonus program penalties

Bonus Program Penalties

  • You will be dropped from a Bonus Payout for any of the following reasons:

    • Average AppAssure Score < 85

    • Failing to use a “Waiting on Schedule” correctly

    • Failing to restore a client requested file due to failed backups

    • Having to write-off 7+ billable hours for the month

    • Invoice Delays

      • Failing to record Vacation, Sick or Holiday time correctly

  • For every three months accrued of either being disqualified or not achieving guaranteed payouts and placing in bottom third, your employment status will be reviewed.
