  1. MTC 故障處理 • 檢查各感應器是否正常﹐各硬件是否變形。 • 對MTC進行校正。 • 一般情况是FEEDE轴

  2. MTC校正 1.將右介面下 positions 里的 zero point correction 紀錄並將其設置為 0.設置 OK 後, reference run. 設為 0

  4. 3.TEACH FEEDER零點 1). 將所需 calibration tower 的安全門 by pass,將 cassette 2 .3 .4 .5 取出,剩下 cassette 1 及第一層tray 盤(以便觀察掛勾和 tray 的位置); 2.) 利用右界面中的方向件調整掛勾的位置,首先向一個方向逐步動作,(動作的單位一般為 0.1mm) 動作一次點击一次 ''engage'',當掛勾卡第一次卡到盤的時候,繼續向前並紀錄前進的次數直到卡不到為止; 3.)用同樣的單位(0.1mm)反方向動作,其動作的次數為記錄次數的一半,選取OK 後,點击 ACCEPT,OK.

  5. 寫入 zero point 值 • 5.將 teach zero point 的值(校正cassette1的值)寫入 zero point correction ,reference run 後,再 teach + - limit switch position

  6. 6. teach limit position 分別點击 ‘’limit switch - limit switch + “即可﹐讓其自動數據保存。

  7. 7. teach transfer position 1) 確認 LEVLE 1 上有 tray 盤後,點击右介面中 ‘’OK ‘’.LEVEL 1 上的 Tray 盤將被送出到 Tray 盤傳軌邊緣. 2)打開機蓋將 tray 盤的位置調整到和傳軌的邊緣平齊,確認位置好後,關閉機蓋,點击右介面中的 OK,再點击 ''update position"

  8. 8.插入軟盤,點击右介面中的 saving MTC machine date………即可.
