  18. Grading periods are now 3-weeks in length • Your child will receive a report card every 3-weeks (3, 6 & 9) • 3rd and 6th week given in Homeroom • 9th week report continued to be mailed home

  19. P/T Conferences • October 30 and November 1 from 5-8p.m. • Sign-up with your child’s teacher tonight while visiting their classroom • 811 total conferences during the 2 evenings in 05-06 (28% increase from 04-05) 113% increase over the past 4 years

  21. Admit Process • See Mrs. Damptz in the office for an admit slip • If the parent/guardian has not verified the absence over the phone then the student must bring in a note • Get an admit slip in advance if you know your going to be gone

  22. Tardies • First two are FREE • #3 – Detention • #4 – 2 hour Sat. School • #5 & Beyond – 4 hour Sat. School

  23. Backpacks & Book Bags • Students are cooperating wonderfully • Very few incidents
