The hike to the waterfall was nice but I didn’t like exiting the waterfall and returning to the house. • Nadandocerca de la catarataestámuyrefrescante. • La excursión a la catarata era muybuena. No me gustabasalir de la catarata y regresar a la casa.

  12. Número 1: Las Personas parte 1 Español English My parents in Costa Rica, Lorena y Randel, are very nice and they are the best people in the world. They give us food for not much in return and Lorena gets up and opens the door when Omar and I return in the night. • Mis padres en Costa Rica, Lorena y Randal, son muysimpáticos y ellos son las personas mejores en el mundo. Ellosdan comida por nada mucho a cambio y Lorena se levanta y abre la puertapara Omar y yocuandoregresamos a la casa en la noche.

  13. Número 1: Las Personas parte 2 Español English My guides Ricardo and Esteban are fantastic people. Ricardo helped me in the adventure to the waterfall. Esteban like to play a joke it was okay (I know it was all in jest). He also helped me a lot when I needed help. • Mis guias Ricardo y Esteban son fantásticos. Ricardo me ayudó en la aventura a la catarata. A Esteban le gusta bromear conmígo pero es okay. Tambien el me ayudó mucho cuando yo necesitaba ayuda.

They planned the entire program and always knew where we needed to be and the time we needed to arrive. • Odie y Eduardo son MUY FANTASTICOS. Planeabantodo el programa y siempresabíandondenecesitábamosestar y la horaquenecesitábamosllegar.

  15. Número 1: Las Personas parte 4 Español English The people in Atenas are really nice people. The waited for me and my friends when we wanted an item and we didn’t know what to say in Spanish. The people in the nursing home are really nice and patient. They make beautiful pictures. • Las personas en Atenas son muysimpáticas. Ellosesperabanpormí y mis amigos cuandoqueríamosunacosa y no sabíamosquedecir en Español. Las personas en el centroparaadultosmayores son muysimpáticas y pacientes. Hacendibujos bonitos
