  4. Constitution of a database for contact data of all Project Managers of CEEX Health Programmes, creating a national network of possible contractors • Identification of research domains in Romania that have a real potential of success in Framework Programme 7

  5. Document distribution (general and theme specific for FP7) • Seminars and workshops to promote opportunities provided by FP7 (february-march in Cluj, Craiova, Galati,Iasi, Timisoara)

  6. Collecting of partnership offers, and promoting by European NCPs • Continuous feedbackwith EC to solve challenging issues • Providing links with programms of other european networks
