How We Learn • It’s your decision…you choose what you will learn, or you can just sit there and pretend because it’s what we have to do. • Because your motivated to learn those things that will provide an “internal payoff” rather than an external one. • The most memorable learning comes from personal experience, or by working with someone you the learner perceived to be knowledgeable and wise.

How We Learn • We learn best by having our own experiences, or by reflecting on the experiences of others. • Pay attention to what’s happening or happened in the past. • Remember what was seen. • Must be physically and intellectually capable of mimicking the behavior. • Have the motivation or reinforcement to model it.
