Significant opportunities in 2012 for LSI • Military procurement activity has increased this year • Contracts awarded this year are $345,000 • Pending proposals awaiting for award are $590,000 • The request for procurement of parts are at very low quantities, this provides for a better profit margin • Substantial Caution Panel awards by Army and Sikorsky are missed • The emphasis on switch requirements has increased significantly and Lavi System is now associated as a key switch manufacturer • There are substantial number of proposals being reviewed by customers Lavi Systems proprietary data

  3. LSI participated in enterprise zone tax credit • The Enterprise Zone (EZ) was established by California to stimulate development in selected economically depressed areas.
