Significant opportunities in 2012 for LSI • Military procurement activity has increased this year • Contracts awarded this year are $345,000 • Pending proposals awaiting for award are $590,000 • The request for procurement of parts are at very low quantities, this provides for a better profit margin • Substantial Caution Panel awards by Army and Sikorsky are missed • The emphasis on switch requirements has increased significantly and Lavi System is now associated as a key switch manufacturer • There are substantial number of proposals being reviewed by customers Lavi Systems proprietary data

  3. LSI participated in enterprise zone tax credit • The Enterprise Zone (EZ) was established by California to stimulate development in selected economically depressed areas. LSI’s credit • 2007 $26,000 for hiring (personnel employed) credit • 2007 $24,373 California tax credit • 2010 $46,088 for hiring credit • 2010 $ 15,829 California tax credit • Approximate total credit of $112,000 • For each new employee LSI will receive credit based on a set of criteria • Firs Capitol Consulting did the evaluation and receive 30% of credit Lavi Systems proprietary data
