  10. CALL TO WORSHIP:(Responsively)  Our eyes are heavy.  Our hope is soaring. We wait in the marketplace. Our God is gracious. Our feet are tired.  Our expectations rise.  We are hired first. Our God is merciful.

  11. Our backs are sore.  Our spirits are low.  We are paid last. Our God is slow to anger. Our temples flare.  Our anger rages.  We take what belongs to us. All:    Our God abounds in steadfast love.

  15. PSALTER READING:  Psalm 145:1-8 I will extol you, my God and Ruler, and bless your name forever and ever. Every day I will bless you, and praise your name forever and ever. Great is God, and greatly to be praised; God's greatness is unsearchable. One generation shall laud your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.

  16. On the glorious splendor of your majesty, and on your wondrous works, I will meditate. The might of your awesome deeds shall be proclaimed, and I will declare your greatness. They shall celebrate the fame of your abundant goodness, and shall sing aloud of your righteousness. God is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.

  30. OFFERTORY PRAYER  (Unison) O God, you have called your laborers to give their gifts.  Bless these offerings so that they reflect the work of the kingdom of heaven. In Christ’s name we pray. Amen.
