Live Issues 02 June 2011 3 | Energy Networks Association – DCMF • MIG 011 - Discrepancies in NHH/HH tariffs for unmetered supplies: • 10 ideas being considered • 2 preferred: • Idea 9: Single one-rate tariff for all unmetered supplies • Idea 10: Seasonal time bands for half hourly unmetered supplies only • Work ongoing – target April 2012 change

Live Issues 02 June 2011 4 | Energy Networks Association – DCMF • MIG 014 – UMSO Administration Charges • Recommendation from the UMS subgroup that the UMSO administration charge should continue to be a socialised cost within CDCM and no change to the CDCM methodology is necessary. • MIG agreed to close the Issue

Live Issues 07 April 2011 6 | Energy Networks Association – DCMF • MIG 002 – Standing Charge Factors • Will consider output from MIG 022 Sub Group scope before determining if separate subgroup is required • MIG 026 - Commonality of Default Charging for Invalid Settlement Class Combinations (ISCC) • Questionnaire to be issued to determine scope before determining if subgroup is required

New Issues 07 April 2011 7 | Energy Networks Association – DCMF • New issues identified by ENC (Mike Harding) • Treatment of Transmission Exit Charges • Treatment of ‘Load related new connections & reinforcement (net of contributions) • Treatment of LV Costs for LV connected networks • Use of cost drivers for allocating indirect opex. • Review of ‘Total Revenue to Share’ in the ‘WPD – Final Opex’ work sheet • A number of these expected to be raised as DCUSA CPs in July • Targeting April 2012 implementation

  8. Cost Recovery 02 June 2011 8 | Energy Networks Association – DCMF The funding principles for professional advice required by the DCMF MIG or its subgroups have been agreed. Costs of professional advice incurred by the DCMF MIG or its subgroups will be refunded by DCUSA Ltd if the relevant issue is taken forward as a DCUSA change proposal. This excludes legal advice (other than by special arrangement) and expenses incurred by the DCMF MIG or subgroups (e.g. meeting hire, travel costs). Documented process including controls, audit procedures and levels of delegated authority will be brought to the next MIG meeting
