Este matraz se conecta por medio de un tubo fino de cristal a otro matraz de bola en el que hemos introducido lana de hierro algo humedecida. Observa lo que sucede. Explicación: El hierro se ha combinado con el oxígeno formando óxido de hierro, eso ha eliminado el oxígeno del aire del matraz redondeado, creando un cierto vacío que ha hecho ascender el agua.
