VOLUNTARY SPORT • Need of a clear goal and more countries involved in the voluntary sector • Making of a platform of exchange • Making a link between (voluntary) sport and education • Going on to the EQF as a reference • Focus on coaching and attention to (more and more) professional management and administration. Look at the projects that are going on now (ENSSEE ECC) • Promote (recognition) the volunteer (transfer other jobs!)

  5. PROFESSIONAL SPORT - AGENDA - • Presentation of each partners and overview of each national situation represented • 2006: the year of mobility of workers in the EU. What about the professional sport situation? • The situation of the professional football in the professional sport sub-sector • Membership issue

PROFESSIONAL SPORT • 2006 : Year of mobility of workers: • A need to gather, in a unique report, the datas of each country about mobility of professional players • Current issue: restrictions with regard to the 10 new Member States • ISSUE : specific situation of professional sport:employees + employers + sport movement • Need to organise the representation of employers (clubs) at european level, exception: football!

CONCLUSION OF THE CONFERENCE • The meetings of the 4 commissions were important first step in order to define an action plan for the future, and have committed exciting programm of projects to support the implementation of EQF in the sector ; • The challenge is today to integrate the different action plans into the social dialogue project in september • Task for EASE = launch of the working programm for the next month

  11. CONCLUSION OF THE CONFERENCE A success! • Consensus: to work towards establishing social dialogue at a european level for the sport sector • Create a stucture • Strengthen the network of the partners

  12. CONCLUSION OF THE CONFERENCE • A group to coordinate the develpment of the european sport workforce. • The key stakeholders will be invited to join a group are : • EOC, ENGSO • EASE, UNIEUROPA • ENSSE, • EHFA • Supported by EOSE
