  1. Live MCX Control guidelines to Commodities Futures Trading in India MCX is an acronym that stands for Multi Commodity Exchange and it is an electronic method of trading online. It was incepted in 2003 as an ISO certified corporation. It engages in the trade of more than forty commodities, for example, Base metals, Agriculture, Bullion, Energy etc. The commodities are bought and sold at random and generate future contracts based on investors and traders needs thus aiding in price discovery. It is the world's first and largest Gold and Silver Exchange, the world's second natural gas market and the third international market for crude oil.
