Problems. • Turbomolecular pump failures. • Frequent dissociator maintenance. • Plans. • Improve dissociator operation stability and lifetime between services.. • Measure atomic beam velocity to get a better accuracy for the target thickness. • Develop diagnostics devices for molecular hydrogen component measurements.
