  • TheEstate, whichis located off KM 42, Lagos – Ibadan Expressway by RCCG Redemption Camp Ground, is within a well built-up area on the axis and about 5 minutes drive off the Expressway and a cumulative drive of about twenty minutes from Lagos Toll Gate.

  • The acquired land has been rolled out in plots, based on layout plan, to form an estate and the plots are offered to individual, groups and corporate bodies for subscription to acquire and develop in a manner that devoid of any encumbrances from government, landowners (omooniles), scammers, etc.

  • We have acquired the complete title holding on the lands from the land owners and in the process of acquiring same from the relevant government agencies, including Global Certificate of Occupancy.

Subscription payment plan
SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT PLAN

  • The current unit price of a plot of 648sqm in the Estate is N1,500,000 (One Million, Five Hundred Thousand Naira Only).

  • However, there are 2 options of payment:

    - Full outright payment - which guaranties a 5%discount onevery 1 - 6plotsand 10% discount onevery bulkpurchases above 6 plots.

    - Installment payment - initial downpayment of 30% i.eN450,000 is required while thebalance of 70% isspreadablewithinthe frame of 6 Calendar months.

  • For organisations and cooperative arrangement the scheme provides a 12.5% discount on all purchase between 50 plots and above with a 30% down payment and the balance spread over six months.


Terms conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Option 1 – Outright Payment

  • 100% sale price upon signing of offer letter

  • Contract of Sale is issuedwithin 5 days of receipt of payment

  • Deed of Assignment is issued within 60 Days of receipt of full payment

  • Allocation is made the month before hand over

  • Handover upon completion

  • Option 2

    Deposit of 30% of sale price upon signing of offer letter

  • Balance 70% is spread over 6months by way of 6 post-dated cheques upon receiving a Contract of Sale

  • Subscribers receive Deed of Assignment 1month after confirmation of last cheque clearing.

  • Allocation is made the month before handover

  • Handover upon completion
