  • To educate people about taekwondo

  • To introduce a sport that has had a major impact in all aspects of my life

What is taekwondo
What is taekwondo?

  • Originated in South Korea 1950s by the South Korean military

  • Teaches to be passive unless acting in self-defense

  • “Be like air; It is heard of yet unseen, and the wind causes damage.”


Fighting style
Fighting Style

  • Unlike other popular styles such a Ju-Jitsu, taekwondo focuses on striking and breaking

  • The leg is the most powerful weapon in the human arsenal
