  2. TX SET 4.0 SLA Exception Request TX SET 4.0 is scheduled to migrate into Production beginning June 1, 2012 ERCOT requests an SLA exception to begin a Retail Market IT Service outage at noon on Friday, June 1, 2012. RMS

  3. TX SET 4.0 SLA Exception Request • Market Participants utilizing NAESB to send/receive transactions to/from ERCOT will NOT be able to send/receive transactions to/from ERCOT during the outage. This includes all retail transactions. • 867 transactions will NOT be forwarded during the outage. • 997 Functional Acknowledgements will NOT be sent during the outage. • ERCOT Internet Services may be intermittently unavailable, including but not limited to: • ERCOT.com – www.ercot.com • MarkeTrak - https://marketrak.ercot.com:8443/tmtrack.dll • Texas Renewables – www.texasrenewables.com • Retail Application components of the MIS will NOT be available. • Components of the MIS will intermittently NOT be available including: • Access to Dashboards • Downloading of extracts and reports • Access to Applications •  Market Manager (MMUI), and Outage Scheduler (OSUI) will need to be accessed via the following URLs: • o    https://mis.ercot.com/mmsui/mmsui/displayTradesLanding.action • o    https://mis.ercot.com/osrui/osrui/Summary.action • Components on ERCOT.com will intermittently NOT be available including: • Access to Dashboards • Access to Public Notices RMS
