High Level Recap of Kick Off Call: Transmission Data Collection Scope • Note that transmission data will be pre-populated into your most recent Accepted RARF • This will be based off the following • Zonal • MP-10 updates • Previous RARF Submittals (GSU Transformer and Transmission Assets tabs) • The pre-populated RARF will be sent to each RE’s Authorized Representative via email • Once sent, RE’s will use this RARF going forward • Transmission Business Rules (applied during the screen process) can be found in the Resource Registration Guide http://nodal.ercot.com/readiness/rq/documents/index.html

High Level Recap of Kick Off Call: Planning and Protection Data Collection Scope • Planning and Protection data are encapsulated in 1 tab for each • Data submitted in previous data collection windows will be retained in the pre-populated RARF sent to your Authorized Rep • Planning and Protection Business Rules (applied during the screen process) can be found in the Resource Registration Guide http://nodal.ercot.com/readiness/rq/documents/index.html • Note that these will be published by 6/8/09 • For PSSE file submissions, ERCOT is asking RE’s to place these in a ZIP file and submit in the same service request as the RARF • Note that the PSSE templates are located at http://www.ercot.com/gridinfo/generation/

Updates and Progress • Current Project Status • Iteration 3 of the Private Use Networks Data Collection Window completed on 5/15 • Production Quality = 97% • 4 remaining Private Use Networks are working with ERCOT to complete changes • ERCOT is finalizing QA on Planning and Protection Business Rules • Will begin to send initial audit reports and pre-populated RARF’s early next week, completing by 6/15 • RARF Guide will be complete and posted by 6/8 http://nodal.ercot.com 9
