  7. Europe Import 2013 Vs2014 Remarks : Europe still does not accept shipments to MNL not unless all empty container issue is solved as per TIM PAO. Caused the decline of figures in Q2 and Q3.

  9. MED Import 2013 Vs 2014 Remarks : Wu Kong Imports from Constanta caused the increase in Q1 but the freezing of import shipments to MNL caused its decline in Q2 and Q3.

Problems Encountered and Actions Taken • Return of Empty Containers – All lot of clients are having a hard time in returning their empty containers recently due to YM C.Y.s non acceptance. • Day to Day Updates and Container Monitoring • TPS and TPN loading a lot of empty containers • Juice Drink incentives to Truckers • FC Committee was created • Delays in Import Cargos – Import cargos are getting stranded in transshipment ports such as Kaohsiung and Hong Kong. • Notifying PIC in Transshipment port if there are HOT Cargos for VIP Clients • High Rates – higher ocean freight that leads clients to not use YML even though we have TPS and TPN. • Informing the clients the advantages of using TPN and TPS and showing them that the Service is worth the Price.
