  5. Roof Cleaning When it comes to roof cleaning we have got you covered! Our roof cleaners, equipment and products ensure brilliant results that you are sure to be happy with our ability to clean all standard roof types including terracotta, cement tile, tin, colour bond and copper ALL WORK IS CARRIED OUT STRICTLY WITH OH&S IN MIND,  HARNESSES ARE WORN AND ALL SAFETY PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED IF A BOOM LIFT IS UTILIZED ( CHERRY PICKER) THE OPERATOR IS ALWAYS LICENSED AND HARNESSED

  6. Cement & Terracotta Tiles • Before we start cleaning we must ensure that roof is water-tight. Tiles may be replaced using spare tiles provided by the customer • If required we apply an Anti-fungal treatment – this is non toxic and biodegradable • The entire roof is Pressure cleaned using HOT water  Hot water provides better and longer lasting results • Gutters are cleared out cleaned and rinsed down • Any areas that have been sprayed by dirt and debris are rinsed down ensuring that all surround area are left as clean or cleaner that before

ColourBond Roofing • Colour bond roofing is NOT meant to be cleaned at high pressure allot of roof cleaners use high pressure but this is not recommended by colour bond! • The first step is to apply a powerful chlorinated detergent with outstanding cleaning • capabilities and an anti-mould and anti-bacterial action giving fantastic long lasting results • Then we give the roof a Medium pressure rinse with warm water ensuring the PSI does not exceed 1200.
