    2. Part One, Criterion One Teacher has a record of improving student performance using objective, quantifiable measures. (REQUIRED) Acceptable Data Sources: TAKS, ITBS, Aprenda, Advanced Placement assessments, student portfolios, local benchmarks, summative assessments, EOY assessments.

    3. Part One, Criterion II Teacher has a record of collaboration with faculty and staff that contributes to improving overall campus student achievement. ( REQUIRED) Acceptable Data Sources: team teaching, team planning, classroom observations, teacher mentoring, coaching, collaboration with other teachers.

    4. Part One, Criterion III Teacher demonstrates ongoing initiative, commitment, professionalism, personalization, and involvement in other activities that directly result in improved student performance. Acceptable Data Sources: PDAS, student tutoring, after school programs, teacher attendance.
