captures 30 to 50 degree views of retina and optic nerve compared to wide field imaging system

that can deliver 100-200 degrees to the periphery or beyond equator revealing pathologies such

as ischemia or neurovascular proliferation that cannot be identified using standard techniques

such as angiography. Wide field imaging systems demonstrates its extended applications in

retinopathy pathologies particularly of ascular nature including diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein

occlusion, retinal vasculitis, choroidial masses and retinopathy of prematurity.

imaging system, which produces a 200 degrees view of the retina. The system utilizes a

combined scanning laser ophthalmoscopy (SLO) with mirror to obtain images of the retinal
