July 2016 IT Report • Market Data Transparency IT Systems met all SLA Targets • Incidents and Maintenance • 07/06/16 – The following reports failed to post on July 6, 2016 for 12:00 PM because ERCOT did not receive the forecasted data from the solar vendor for this interval • Aggregated Solar Resource Power Potential Forecast • Solar Generation Resource Power Potential Forecast • 07/07/16 – Planned Maintenance (Database maintenance – publishing and downloading of reports and extracts through the Market Information System (MIS) and External Web Services) • 07/28/16 – ERCOT data validation processes identified an error and performed a rerun of the Day Ahead Market Settlements for Operating Day July 26, 2016 • The corrected DAM Settlement Statements were posted to the ERCOT MIS on July 28, 2016

Communications and Settlements WG (CSWG) • Reviewed and supportive of COPMGRR044, Alignment with NPRR794, Relocation of Unregistered DG Reporting Requirements • Considering the creation of a Settlements SLA for information posted to the MIS for QSEs to estimate or verify bills for ERCOT settlements • Reports and Extracts • ERCOT Market Information List (EMIL) • Data Definition (DDL) • XML Schema Definition (XSD) • User Guides • Market Aid Documentation • Working on Nodal Settlement Handbook Updates • ESI ID Count/Percentage Estimate by ERCOT – True-up • Between ̴ 275 and ̴ 550 ESI IDs Q3 and Q4 2015 • Between ̴ 0.0028 and ̴ 0.0085 percent Q3 and Q4 2015 • Net Allocation to Load: ERS not billed yet for Q2 2016

Market Data Working Group (MDWG) • Revisions to NOGRR084, Daily Grid Operations Summary Report, effort is back on track • New NOGRR: ERCOT shall post to the MIS Public Area, a summary level report of each Operating Day’s operational information. The report includes, but is not limited to, information related to Load, weather, generation, Renewables, Outages, unit commitments, and Ancillary Services. An initial report shall be posted each Operating Day for the previous Operating Day. An updated report may be posted within two Business Days following the Operating Day if additional information related to a specific system event is needed. • IA is in progress • Reports to be Automated - Effort continues • QSEs in ERCOT Region • CSA Report for CRs • Monthly Transaction Summary

Market Data Working Group (MDWG) • MIS Change Visibility • Final review of Problem Statement - Document will be presented to ERCOT management - Sent to MDWG listserv - Available on MDWG meeting page • MDWG requested that ERCOT’s data strategy leadership join them to discuss data strategy • Upcoming Changes • R4 – August 2016 • Correction for zeroes instead of null values in 60-day SCED GRD report - Changes in several link names - Change to disclaimer language on Indicative LMP display • R5 - MIS Link changes

  7. Profiling Working Group (PWG) • Non-registered DG Reporting • PWG will continue discussions with ERCOT to determine if a new report format is needed and/or whether existing reports provided by the TDSPs (e.g. Annual Load Data Request (ALDR)) can be leveraged
