BAROULMEHEDINTI Baroul Mehedinti organizeazacursuri de pregatireprofesionala, sustinute de profesori din cadrulFacultatii de Drept Craiova, in data de 14.12.2012, intreorele 09:00 – 16:00.Cursurileechivaleaza cu 20 de ore de pregatireprofesionalaiarcostulunei ore este de 10 lei (20 ore – 200 lei).Cursurilevoravea loc la Centrul Universitar Drobeta Turnu Severin, Str. Traian nr. 277A iarprezentaesteobligatorie.Vaatasamcererea de inscriere care impreuna cu dovadaplatii (plata se poate face siprinBanca in contul: RO13 BRDE 260SV 02560 142600) se vordepune la SecretariatulBaroului Mehedinti. Temelesunturmatoarele: 1. Drept penal general. Analiza comparată a vechii şi noii reglementări în materia participaţiei, tentativei, recidivei, etc. Controverse şi soluţii. 2. Drept civil:  a. Regimurile matrimoniale în reglementarea noului Cod civil; b. Modalităţile dreptului de proprietate în reglementarea noului Cod civil; c.
