  2. Introduction • About us: • Welcome to Positive Wellbeing, where we are dedicated to shaping a future where mental health and emotional well-being are at the forefront of corporate consciousness. Our commitment is to empower companies and organisations to prioritise mental wellness globally. By delivering specialised international training programs, we aim to cultivate workplaces where each individual not only survives but thrives mentally and emotionally.

  3. Proactive Mental Health • Mental health problems are increasing. The effects of stress, anxiety, depression, and suicide are impacting our whole society. Mental health care has traditionally been reactive. Learning how to manage and regulate your emotions from an early age will empower you to build up your own resilience and ability to navigate through life’s challenges and thrive.

  4. Courses We Offer • Wellbeing Sessions • Everyone is aware of the importance of wellbeing and self care. Positive Wellbeing offers a range of 90 minute wellbeing sessions for adults which can be presented as “Lunch & Learn” sessions for companies to promote more mentally healthy staff. They can be delivered at other times to suit your needs. We are regularly adding to our wellbeing sessions and we are happy to create a presentation for your specific needs or group. We offer a FREE 30 minute session about Proactive Mental Health Information.

The Decider: 32 Skills • The Decider Skills use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to teach participants skills to recognise their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, allowing them to monitor and manage their own emotions and mental health. CBT and DBT both have an impressive evidence base, proving they are effective with a range of different mental health challenges. • AGE AUDIENCE: The course is delivered to age specific groups (tweens, teens & adults) either face-to-face or online.

  6. 3. Adult DNA-v Course • DNA-V is an evidence-based model that promotes psychological strength, and that values consistent living, vitality, and success. It is designed to help people cope with challenges, stress, and change. DNA-V can be thought of as a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and positive psychology, and is underpinned by contextual behavioural science. The model is continually being updated as new evidence comes in.
