  1. Office Ergonomics Section 13 –Office Ergonomics is part of the Environmental Health & Safety Manual (PDF). This program is to assist employees in making adjustments to their computer workstations to achieve a neutral position (see picture). Employees can either read through Section 13 on their own and complete the checklist or call the Mgr. EH&S (Sara Gibson) to schedule an Ergonomic Evaluation. The Ergo. Evaluation takes about 30 minutes. If you are in pain or discomfort call for an evaluation. Departments are responsible to provide a proper ergonomic workstation (an adjustable chair and keyboard tray) upon hiring a new employee working at a computer. For existing employees that need assistance, call the Mgr. EH&S (Sara Gibson x6923).
