  • According with the human resources department, this big company had pass trough several stages that with the time and the help of information systems have change saving time.

  • Few years ago the hiring process was very complex, there where long waiting lines, applications were made in the store, resumes were submitted by hand writing and there were any information about the available positions.

  • Interviews took a lot of time and also long waiting lines.

  • Wal-Mart is a company that likes to compete and is interested in the saving time. Wal-Mart has change its hiring system thanks to the advanced information system that the have.

  • Nowadays, the hiring system is easy and fast.
