Seek, identify, and support e-Science communities in the Mediterranean and deploy their applications Set-up and manage a Pilot Infra- structure Disseminate, both “bottom-up” and “top- down”, the e-Infrastruc- ture paradigm for long term sustainability of e-Science Train users and site administrators to use and operate an e-Infrastructure ba- sed on the EGEE middleware EUMEDGRID in just one slide

EUMEDGRID Survey of new Communities • EUMEDGRID has launched the biggest survey on Grid and e-Science conducted so far in the Mediterranean Region. • https://secure.um.edu.mt/eumedgrid/questionnaire/wp2/ • In 2 months, 96 Institutions from 11 countries have answered! • 8000+ people working in the Institutions that have answered.
