  2. Definition of PBIS PBIS is an evidence-based, data-driven framework that is proven to decrease disciplinary infractions, improve the climate and culture in the school building, and augment the feeling of safety in the school in order to improve academic and behavioral outcomes for students.

  3. What is PBIS? • PBIS is a framework designed to teach students the expected way to behave • PBIS is an intervention designed to decrease the infractions/disciplinary issues • PBIS is a paradigm shift to approach discipline
