  1. THE GOSPEL Of GOD

  2. THE CRUCIFIXION, DEATH AND RESURRECTION OF CHRIST

  3. The Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ is the good news that the Son of God came to earth and took the form of a man suffered, was crucified and rose from the dead and through whom we shall be forgiven and be saved. Jesus brought the victory for man and the kingdom of God from heaven to earth. Satan, sin and death was destroyed at Calvary when Jesus died and resurrected from the dead.

  4. And she gave birth to her firstborn son; and she wrapped Him in cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn. In the same region there were some shepherds staying out in the fields and keeping watch over their flock by night. And an angel of the Lord suddenly stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them; and they were terribly frightened. But the angel said to them, “ Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you GOOD NEWS of great joy which will be for all the people; for today in the city of David there HAS BEEN BORN FOR YOU a SAVIOR, who is CHRIST THE LORD.Lk 2:7-11

  5. NOW I MAKE KNOWN TO YOU, brethren, the GOSPEL which I preached to you, which also you RECEIVED, in which also you STAND, by which also you are SAVED, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also RECEIVED, that CHRIST DIED for OUR SINS ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES, and that He was buried, and that He was RAISED on the third day ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES, 1Cor 15:1-4

  6. THE SACRIFICE AND DEATH ON THE CROSS OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST

  7. The Sacrifice and Death on the Cross of our Lord Jesus resulted into the forgiveness and redemption of man from his sins.

  8.  29The next day he saw Jesus coming to him and said, "Behold, the LAMB OF GOD WHO TAKES AWAY THE SIN OF THE WORLD! Jn 1:29 26Otherwise, He would have needed to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now once at the consummation of the ages HE HAS BEEN MANIFESTED TO PUT AWAY SIN BY THE SACRIFICE OF HIMSELF. Heb 9:26

  9. 9But we do see Him who was made for a little while lower than the angels, namely, Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, so that by the grace of God HE MIGHTTASTE DEATH FOR EVERYONE 12but He, HAVING OFFERED ONE SACRIFICE FOR SINS FOR ALL TIME, SAT DOWN AT THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD Heb 2:9,10:12

  10. 10For if while we were enemies WE WERE RECONCILED TO GOD THROUGH THE DEATH OF HIS SON, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. 11And not only this, but we also exult in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation. Rom 5:10-11

  11. 24and HE HIMSELF BORE OUR SINSIN HIS BODY ON THE CROSS, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed. 1Pet 2:24 6who GAVE HIMSELF AS A RANSOM FOR ALL, the testimony given at the proper time. 1Tim 2:6

  12. 10By this will we have been SANCTIFIED through the OFFERING OF THE BODY OF JESUS CHRIST ONCE FOR ALL. 12but He, HAVING OFFERED ONE SACRIFICE FOR SINS FOR ALL TIME, SAT DOWN AT THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD, Heb 10:10,12

  13. 4who gave Himself for our sins SO THAT HE MIGHT RESCUE US FROM THIS PRESENT EVIL AGE,according to the will of our God and Father, Gal 1:4 15When HE DISARMED THE RULERS AND AUTHORITIES, He made a public display of them, HAVING TRIUMPHED OVER THEM through Him. Col 2:15

  14. THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB

  15. The shed Blood of Jesus on the cross was the power behind our cleansing from our sins. The Believers are washed and sanctified through it.

  16. 28for this is My blood of the covenant, which is pouredout for manyFOR THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS. Mt 26:28 7In Him we have redemption THROUGH HIS BLOOD, THE FORGIVENESS OF OUR TRESPASSES, according to the riches of His grace. Eph 1:7

  17. 22And according to the Law, one may almost say, ALL THINGS ARE CLEANSED WITH BLOOD, AND WITHOUT SHEDDING OF BLOOD THERE IS NO FORGIVENESS. Heb 9:22 5and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who LOVES US and RELASED US FROM OUR SINS BY HIS BLOOD— Rev 1:5

  18. THE RESURRECTION OF CHRIST

  19. The resurrection of our Lord Jesus completed our salvation. Should He not resurrect we are still on our sins and Satan won’t be defeated. He has resurrected and has now the power over sin and death. Eternal life is available now. His resurrection from the dead proved all His claims that He is the Son of God and has destroyed the works of the enemy, sin and death.

  20. 10but now has been revealed by the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus, WHOABOLISHED DEATH AND BROUGHT LIFE ANDIMMORTALITY to light through the gospel, 2Tim 1:10 3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has CAUSED US TO BE BORN AGAIN TO A LIVING HOPE THROUGH THE RESURRECTION OF JESUS CHRIST FROM THE DEAD, 1Pet 1:3

  21. 10For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, WE SHALL BE SAVED BY HIS LIFE. 34who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, RATHER WHO WAS RAISED, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us. Rom 5:10, 8:34

  22. The Results are through the Gospel the Repentant Believers:

  23. Become sons of God 12But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right toBECOME CHILDREN OF GOD, even to those who believe in His name, 13who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. Jn 1:12-13

  24. Saved 15And He said to them, "GO into all the world and PREACH THE GOSPEL TO ALL CREATION. 16"He who has believed and has been baptizedSHALL BE SAVED; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned. Mk 16:15-16

  25. Forgiven 7"BLESSED ARE THOSE WHOSE LAWLESS DEEDS HAVE BEEN FORGIVEN,AND WHOSE SINS HAVE BEEN COVERED. 8" BLESSED IS THE MAN WHOSE SIN THE LORD WILL NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT." Rom 4:7-8

  26. Given Eternal Life 24"Truly, truly, I say to you, he who HEARS MY WORD, AND BELIEVES HIM WHO SENT ME, HAS ETERNAL LIFE, and DOES NOT COME INTO JUDGMENT, BUT HAS PASSED OUT OF DEATH UNTO LIFE. Jn 5:24

  27. Added to the church 36to be specific, that the Gentiles are fellow heirs and FELLOW MEMBERS OF THE BODY, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus THROUGH TH GOSPEL, Eph 3:6 47praising God and having favor with all the people AND THE LORD WAS ADDING TO THEIR NUMBER day by day those who were being saved. Act 2:47

  28. Given the Holy Spirit 13In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation--having also believed, you wereSEALED IN HIM WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT OF PROMISE, Eph 1:13

  29. Transferred to His Kingdom 15and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the KINGDOM OF GOD IS AT HAND; repent and believe the gospel.” MK 1:15 13For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and TRANSFERRED US TO THE KINGDOM OF HIS BELOVED SON, Col 1:13

  30. God commanded us to: 1. Repent and turn away from our sins 15and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel."  Mk 1:15 3"I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish. Lk 13:3 9The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance. 2 Pet 3:9

  31. 2. Have Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ 16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.Jn 3:16 36"He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him." Jn 3:36

  32. 3. Be Baptized in His Name And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “ All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 “ Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Mt 28:18-20
