  15. Outside the interview room The candidate will have to make their own way to the school, which is not very easy to find.  What could you learn about them in how they manage this? The first people the candidate is likely to meet are the receptionists.  What kind of feedback might they give you once the candidate has left? What can you learn about the candidate from showing them around the school before the interview? What can you learn about the candidate from introducing them to any teachers that happen to be working in the staff room at the time of the interview?
