  1. From Baan to Excel, Word, PDF, HTML, XML & Notepad in one click! April 2005 – Introducing B2Win 5.0The Stand Alone Version

  2. Our goal is to convert this report (tfacp1435m000) to Excel. This is how the ASCII file looks like… Minus is on the right side of the number Titles appears in every page Floating header A missing delimiter Sub totals can be done by Excel Run B2Win 5.0 PC

  3. Click on “Configure” and you will get the following screen…

  4. The header is assigned automatically

  5. By using the right mouse click, you can define a floating header. Later on you choose to pivot, keep or delete it.

  6. Define the location of the floating header value

  7. Choose the action to be performed on the selected floating header

  8. Choose the data type of the floating header

  9. Rename the column

  10. Define another floating header

  11. Deleting the floating header

  12. After you finished defining all your floating headers, click on “Next”

  13. You can split a column into two

  14. By using the mouse you can move this line and do the split

  15. The result is two separated columns When you click “Finish”, your settings will be saved and Excel will be launched. Next time you use B2Win 5.0 with this report, the same settings will be used

  17. You can also Rename every column’s title

  18. The result in Excel Report before Parsing

  19. Transpose Reports This Line-By-Line report needs to be configured as a “Transpose” report for converting it as columns.

  22. Assigning another group of columns After you finished defining all your column groups, click on “Next”

  23. Delete, rename and choose the data type of each report When you click “Finish”, your settings will be saved and Excel will be launched. Next time you use B2Win 5.0 with this report, the same settings will be used
