  1. How to Make Milk Chocolate Popcorn Fudge If you read my About Me page you know that I firmly believe chocolate, fudge and ice cream are soul foods with no calories. Popcorn should be added to that list too. So what could be better than mixing most of these together into one snack? Milk Chocolate Popcorn Fudge What You Need: 9″ x 13″ Baking Pan, for thicker pieces use an 8 x 8 pan Large Sauce Pan Wooden or Silicone Spoon milk-chocolate-popcorn-fudge-ingredients Ingredients: 4 Cups Pre-popped Popcorn 1 (270 grams) package Milk Chocolate Chips 1 (300 ml) can Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 TBSP Butter or Margarine 1 TSP Vanilla Extract

  2. Prepwork: Line a 9″ x 13″ pan with parchment Putting it All Together: Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter or margarine in a large saucepan on medium-low heat. Stir until smooth and remove from heat. Stir in the popcorn and the vanilla extract. Pour into your prepared pan and smooth out the mixture evenly. Chill until it is firm enough to cut, about 2 hours. Lift the parchment paper, and your fudge, from the baking dish and cut into squares or scoop, when still a little soft, into paper liners. Store it in an air tight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks – if it lasts that long. Personalize It: You quickly can make this your own by changing the type of chocolate chips or adding up to 1 cup of nuts and / or dried fruit. Popcorn is a whole grain and can be easily used as a snack ingredient as well as a snack in its self. Aaaah, chocolate, fudge, sweetened condensed milk and popcorn. Soul Food… and I am not budging on that! Source: https://gourmetpopcornuk.weebly.com/blog/how-to-make-milk-chocolate-popcorn-fudge
