  3. WP 4 Implementation, experimentation of T T Actions Target Group Teachers (consulters) of the Psychology and Education Study of the UOC. Sample: 12 teachers

  4. WP 4 Implementation, experimentation of T T Actions Question to be answered To develop competencies to design and to manage collaborative learning activities in virtual environments

WP 4 Implementation, experimentation of T T Actions Goals and purposes • To know and to share current theories about the characteristics of collaborative learning in virtual environments. • To identify pedagogic potentialities of different resources and tools in relation with collaborative learning, in particular Synergeia system. • To design activities of collaborative learning for virtual environments, applying the learned knowledge.

WP 4 Implementation, experimentation of T T Actions Schedule • First activity • Readings were proposed with the objective to discuss their contents on the forum. • Key aspect: • Concept of help in virtual learning. • Procedures for collaborative work and type of task that should be designed to improve that kind of learning. • Restrictions and advantages.

  9. WP 4 Implementation, experimentation of T T Actions Schedule • Second activity • Assessing the pedagogic potentialities of Synergeia system • This activity includes practices of knowledge construction and negotiation in the platform Synergeia.

  10. WP 4 Implementation, experimentation of T T Actions Schedule • Third and last activity: • To design, in small teamwork, a collaborative activity for learning on virtual environment

WP 4 Implementation, experimentation of T T Actions Principles of work that guided such design: - To insert the proposal in the subject that they develop in the campus UOC. - To consider beginning and pedagogic / technological criteria of the education and learning in virtual environment. - To value elements of the technological and pedagogical design explored in the Synergeia platform, that could be interesting and necessary to include in an activity, taking into account a peculiarities of the UOC campus.

  12. WP 4 Implementation, experimentation of T T Actions Assessment • Feedback was systematically supported • Evaluation based on the personal and collective contribution for the collaborative work planned, favouring the procedures for mutual evaluation (peer assessment).

WP 4 Implementation, experimentation of T T Actions Feedback fromWorkshop Favourable opinions • Possibility of sharing experiences with the co-workers. • - The methodology of the workshop, based on tasks of progressive complexity and of productive way. • - The co - evaluation procedure, particularly the possibility to share and to value jointly the outcomes results. • - The theoretical study helped to clarify concepts.

WP 4 Implementation, experimentation of T T Actions Feedback fromWorkshop Critical and recommendations: • - Not enough time to take part in the course. • Need of deep analysis of specific questions concerning the design of collaborative activities (spaces and communicative channels to construct, to share knowledge, to discuss procedures, and their evaluation).
