(Décret du 15 mars 1995) • «  Tout médecin, chirurgien-dentiste ou sage-femme ayant constaté un effet grave ou inattendu susceptible d’être dû à un médicament qu’il l’ait ou non prescrit doit en faire la déclaration immédiate au centre régional de pharmacovigilance » • « de même tout pharmacien ayant eu connaissance d’un effet indésirable grave ou inattendu susceptible d’être dû à un médicament qu’il a délivré doit également le déclarer aussitôt au CRPV » • « tout membre d’une profession de santé ayant fait la même constatation • peut également en informer le CRPV » • « Nouvelle Directive européenne décembre 2010 (décret national à venir) : les patients peuvent à présent également effectuer • une déclaration de pharmacovigilance » 1
