  3. Business Background • Texas Cars is a privately owned car dealership in the State of Texas • Deals with buying/selling used cars. • Texas Cars is composed of 5 franchises: Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Corpus Christi. • Administrative Office: Houston, TX
