Find a Friend 3 o'clock partner - someone at your table who isn't your mentor or protégé 6 o'clock partner - someone in the same Division • division I - grades K-3 • division II - grades 4-6 • division III - grade 7-9 • division IV - grades 10-12 9 o'clock partner - someone you don't know 12 o'clock partner - someone who teaches a similar subject area

Differentiated instruction is a philosophy and an approach to teaching in which teachers and school communities actively work to support the learning of all students through strategic assessment, thoughtful planning and targeted, flexible instruction.
