History of RBFCU • December 1989 — St. Luke Federal Credit Union merges with Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union. • June 1993 — Welcome credit union's 100,000th member. • January 2004 — Introduction of ePay – an electronic bill payment service that allows credit union members to pay bills online using NetBranch Online • February 2007 — Randolph-Brooks welcomes it 250,000th member, Joe Nunley on February 28, 2007 at our Gold Canyon Branch. September 1952 — Randolph-Brooks opens with nine members and $45 in deposits. The charter is approved on October 6, 1952 by the Bureau of Federal Credit Unions (the Federal governing body at the time). Charter members include: Leon L. Brown David F. Gilbert R.H. Macklin Samuel W. Newman Curt W. Oesterling R.F. Pancoast James B. Rawlings, Jr. Robert C. Selbert Howard G.Shidal
