Contractual Requirements: NFLC • NFLC Requirements concerning programs • Convene pre- and post-program conferences • Collect data on programs, outcomes, curricula, materials, and indicators of program impact • Collect end-of-program reports from awardees • Identify improvements and plan for program growth • Report to the government
