  6. Tips for Successful Understanding • Make understanding your goal or objective. • Take the attitude of a learner. • Value the speaker. • Manage internal & external barriers. • Screen out misunderstanding.

  7. Ultimately, in a conversation, who bears the responsibility to ensure that understanding occurs ? Responsibility I Do !
