  10. Gotchas • Effective Date • Effective Dates must be set to a time prior to the enrollment terms in which the Program/Plan will take effect. See documentation for standard dates. • Academic Program cannot be saved without an Academic Plan

  11. Gotchas (cont.) • Student Career Number refers to Programs within the Career, not to Careers • Primary Plan must: • Be in Program with Student Career Number set to 0 (zero) • Have Plan Sequence set to 10
