The art of generating correspondence through the web
The approval process allows a county to assign letters to another user for review and approval. Notice of Action, Cancellation letter and Free Text letters are available for approving.
Counties may assign someone to review and approve
specific letters before sending.
From the edit screen, users may select a user from a list of approved users.
A Web Message is sent to approver(s) with the letter attached for review and approval. The sender may include additional comments in the body of the Web Message before sending if necessary.
A Web Message will appear in the approver(s) inbox for taking an action.
The approver may view the letter and approve, edit or delete the letter.
