EHR • Challenges • Ensuring information is not duplicated • Making sure everything is entered in appropriate section • Staff may feel need to move quickly entering information • Ensuring system is constantly up and running • Small challenge that can lead to bigger problem later • Suggestions • Use caution • Possible “checks and balance” • Maintain recovery management plan
