  1. NORMATIVIDAD, COMPETENCIAS Y LINEAMIENTOS GENERALES REPARACIÓN INTEGRAL MEDIDAS DE REPARACIÓN DIMENSIONES A partir de la Ley 1448 de 2011, surge la reparación concebida como una reparación integral, diferenciada y transformadora. El artículo 25 de la Ley 1448 define la reparación integral “Las víctimas tienen derecho a ser reparadas de manera adecuada, diferenciada, transformadora y efectiva por el daño que han sufrido como consecuencia de las violaciones que trata el art. 3 de la presente Ley.

  2. GRADUALIDAD Y PROGRESIVIDAD El Plan Nacional de Atención y Reparación Integral (Art. 175 de la Ley 1448 de 2011), a cargo del nivel nacional, desarrollará la ruta de atención integral, diferenciada y transformadora, con criterios de gradualidad y priorización.

  4. REPARACIÓN INTEGRAL Con la reparación integral se pretende revertir las consecuencias de las violaciones a derechos humanos y al derecho internacional humanitario. La reparación integral se compone del componente de enfoque diferencial, donde se identifican los daños ocasionados de acuerdo a las particularidades étnicas, culturales, generacionales y de género de cada individuo y/o grupo, a fin de identificar y definir las medidas de reparación integral específicas para cada víctima (s). Dentro del ciclo de ejecución de la política pública de Reparación Integral se encuentra la participación de las víctimas.
