  3. 暨設冰水系統能源使用狀況 • 夏季空調尖峰負載800~900RT • 540RT chiller：~1.20-1.50kW/RT

  4. 暨設冰水系統缺失 • 冰水機效率不佳 • 冰水泵揚程配合不當 • 固定水量系統，無法節省冰水泵用電 • 系統裕度不足 • 冰水出水溫度變動大

  5. 節能改善建議 • 汰換低效率老舊冰水主機 • 89.1. 安裝500RT冰水主機 • 89.9. 安裝1000RT冰水主機 • 修改冰水管路系統 • 89.12. 冰水管路施工 • 變水量系統→Variable Primary System • 冷卻水塔風車變頻控制

  6. Variable Primary Flow System • 因為空間因素無法採用Primary-Secondary system • 系統修改成本比P-S系統便宜 • 新型冰水機控制穩定性已較傳統機型大幅度改進 • 現場對於冰水溫度變動較不敏感 • 藉降低冰水流量減少冰水泵用電

  8. VPF的注意要項 • 每台冰水機有其設計操作範圍 • 必須要有旁通管 • 監測個別冰水機流量 • 擬定操作策略(冰水機台數越多越複雜) • 掌握流量變動速率 • 操作人員必須瞭解VPF特性

  9. 不適用VPF的場所 • 冰水出水溫度敏感者，如潔淨室 • 只使用三通閥者 • 暨設冰水機控制系統老舊者

  10. 節能改善成果 • 500RT chiller：~0.62-0.70kW/RT • 冰水泵省電＞50%

  11. 後續工作 • 調整旁通管差壓設定值 • 整修二通閥 • 逐年汰換老舊空調箱 • 並聯冷卻水塔，重置冷卻水溫度設定
