    4. ELS ONE FUNCTION TO HELP YOU REMOVE THAT WHICH SEPARATES YOU FROM THE TRUTH OF WHO YOU ALREADY ARE. TO REITERATE WHAT YOU ALREADY KNOW IN THE DEPTH OF YOUR BEING. TO UNCOVER AND REVEAL TO YOU THAT DIMENSION OF THE INNER DEPTH THAT IS ALSO PEACE. THE SOURCE OF ALL ABUNDANCE IS NOT OUTSIDE YOU. IT IS PART OF WHO YOU ALREADY ARE.

    5. Spirituality vs Materialism TODAY’S TEACHING SHOULD BECOME THOUGHTS IN YOUR MIND. NOT ORDINARY THOUGHTS: REPETITIVE, NOISY, SELF-SERVING, CLAMORING FOR ATTENTION. IT SHOULD BRING INNER PEACE. SPIRITUAL TOOL/PROGRESSIVE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT.

    6. Spirituality To Christians, referring to one's self as "more spiritual than religious" implies relative deprecation of rules, rituals, and tradition while preferring an intimate relationship with God and/or talking to Him as one's best friend.

    8. Their basis for this belief is that Jesus Christ came to free man from those rules, rituals, and traditions, giving them the ability to "walk in the spirit" thus maintaining a "Christian" lifestyle through that one-to-one relationship with God.

    9. Prayer Prayer is your silent talk/conversation in your spirit. Jesus taught the 12 disciple to pray in secret. Matt 6:6 Effective prayer: Unselfish-not alone for oneself. Believing-according to faith. Sincere-honest of heart. Intelligent-according to light. Trustful-in submission to the Father’s all wise will.

    10. Benefits of Prayer Progressive character development. Receive sonship by grace and through faith. Detachment from the daily routine of life. Spiritual self realization/benefit to your soul. Prayer is the breath of the spirit life in the midst of the material civilzation of mankind. Recharges the spiritual batteries of the soul. Exchanges the human will for the divine will. Jesus praying was done in the spirit and in the heart-silently. Seeking the Father’s kingdom first. His prority.

    11. Materialism A desire for wealth and material possessions with little interest in ethical or spiritual matters. Literally, a materialist is a person for whom collecting material goods is an important priority.

    12. SENSE OF URGENCY Being Spiritual THE TRANSFORMATION OF HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR OWN LIFE. RESPONSIBILITY MEANS THE ABILITY TO RESPOND. THE CHANGE STARTS WITH YOU. THE DYSFUNCION OF THE OLD CONSCIOUSNESS BLAMING OTHER FOR YOUR OWN SUFFERING, STATUS IN LIFE, WEALTH, HEALTH, ETC. AWAKEN TO THE POWER THAT IS WITHIN YOU.

    13. Christian call this power: The Holy Spirit Japanese call this energy: KI Chinese Buddhist call it: CHI It comes down to this truth: We are Spiritual Being having a Human Experience.

    14. HONORING THE DIVINITY THAT RESIDES WITHIN. Human discontentment is a simple case of mistaken identity. We’re miserable because we think that we are mere individuals, alone with our fears, flaws, resentments, and mortality. We wrongly believe that our limited egos constitute our whole entire nature. We have failed to recognize our deeper divine character.

    15. We have failed to recognize that somewhere within us all, there does exist a supreme Self who is eternally at peace. That supreme Self is our true identity, universal and divine. Before you realize this truth, you will always be in despair. Jesus said: The truth shall set you free.
