  3. Different committees for Canteen, Transport, Celebrations, Sports First Aid Room Day to Day facilities provided to employees in CSIL Transport Canteen Accidental Insurance Mediclaim,Self/Family

  4. GI (General Issues for OSR & GSR) are the two platforms which occurs monthly to share/communicate and sort out the administration related issues prevailing amongst employees. SGA ( Small Group Activities) are organized every Tuesday for OSRs. They get together to discuss technical issues pertaining to department and solve them with inter departmental suggestions. By this way OSRs solve their manufacturing/process related issues cross functionally.

  5. Employees contributions are appreciated under Reward & Recognition through proper identification of their valuable inputs in terms of cost saving, problem solving, etc. Suggestion Scheme & Kaizen are also in practice to give the employees a chance to communicate and to be recognized for their problem solving abilities.

  6. To improve the Sense of belongingness and cultural involvement among the employees, WOMEN’S DAY, INDEPENDENCE DAY, DIWALI, FOOD FESTIVAL, BIRTHDAY celebrations are in practice. Celebration of ENVIRONMENT DAY / SAFETY WEEK is in practice to create the awareness and requirement of healthy and safe environment. Many activities like ‘Pollution Check up’, ‘Donation to Paper recycling NGO’, ‘Poster and Slogan competition’, ‘Plantation’, Road Cleaning, Mock drills, Safety Equipments Exhibitions, Safety Video presentation, Safety Trainingsetc. are organized. CSIL conduct different trainings (EHS, Technical, Behavioral) to prosper healthy and friendly relationship among employees and sharpen the technical skills and overall development of the team. Training programs are organized inside and outside the premises. CSIL promotes its employee’s overall development by providing them platform to nurture their sports quality. A Cricket, Table Tennis, Badminton tournament, etc. is being organized every year.

  7. BENCHMARKING • We do different kind of bench markings to prosper employee satisfaction and give the feel of rationalization. Like other benchmarking, we also conduct compensation benchmarking survey every year. Our target companies happens to be in similar industries, other industries, Bhiwadi based and NCR based. • Few of the Benchmarking to name is: • Employee Satisfaction • Compensation • HR Best Practices • Employee Engagements • Employee Welfare
