  18. Faculty Assembly President • Elected for 2 years by entire membership • Meets regularly with President & Provost • Reports to the Board • Sits ex-officio on BOT committees

  19. Faculty Advisory Council (FAC) • Five members elected individually for two-year terms • Advises FA President • Meets monthly with Provost & President • Serves as clearing house for other faculty committees
